Biodynamic Massage

Biodynamic massage is a body-centered therapy. With a core intention to create a greater awareness and connection to self and your true nature through touch. The term ‘bio’ refers to life, and ‘dynamic’ movement or force.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot Stone Massage is a holistic, bodywork therapy, combining heated stones, into a massage treatment. The heat from the stones release into the muscles and tissues, resulting in a deeply relaxing, grounding treatment.


Aromatherapy is a plant based approach to maintaining wellness and treating dis-ease. Utilising the aromatic essential oils of a plant in a controlled and informed way, to balance the psychological and physiological systems of the body.

Baby Reflexology Classes

Baby and toddler reflexology is a gentle form of reflexology created for children. It is a non-intrusive, complementary and holistic therapy, supporting all the stages of a child’s development.

Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage treats the upper back, shoulders, arms, hands, neck, head, and face, to relax, warm and ease muscular tension. It is a deeply calming, relaxing practice, where the client can feel revitalised and energised.


Reflexology is a practice, based on the principle that every part of the body is reflected on the feet. By applying pressure to reflex areas and points on the feet the corresponding areas of the body can benefit, supporting homeostasis..

Body-Mind Therapies offer an integrative, holistic practice. Treating the whole person, not just the symptoms or dis-ease. By assisting the body's natural ability to restore balance, and self-regulate; activating the body's innate healing processes.

Supporting the person with therapies such as; Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone Massage & Biodynamic Massage.

Sessions are tailored to the clients individual needs, adopting a holistic approach, tapping into the wisdom of the body.

It is important to note, that the complementary therapies offered are not a substitute for conventional medicine, nor are they a diagnostic tool or cure.

Male clients are seen by referral only.

About Me

Sheelagh Wherity is a qualified, registered Aromatherapist, Reflexologist, Biodynamic, Hot Stone & Indian Head Massage Therapist, and is a member of The National Register of Reflexologists Ireland and The Association of Registered Complementary Health Therapists of Ireland.

She has a background in Horticulture, training as a Horticulturist at the National Botanic Gardens, and has trained in Biodynamic (body-work) Psychotherapy at the Tracht Foundation.

Sheelagh offers Biodynamic Massage, Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Massage & Reflexology, as part of her integrative, holistic practice.

She believes in life-long learning, and regularly partakes in continuing professional development courses, to further her knowledge and skills.
